Mod to return to the Western Isles in 2011

Sunday Sailing
The controversial Sunday sailing between Stornoway and Ullapool, first set sail on the 19th July 2009 and has since become part of the timetable.

RET Pilot Scheme
The Scottish Government’s RET (Road Equivalent Tariff) pilot scheme came into effect in October 2008, significantly reducing the cost
of ferry travel to and from the Island. You can now travel between Ullapool and Stornoway or Uig(Skye) and Tarbert (Harris) with
Caledonian McBraynes for about 40% less.
