About the Hostel Team
We are a small family run business. Christine, a native of the island, set up the hostel in 2007 following some years of travelling and developing a passion for backpacking. She now runs the hostel along with her Dad, Papa Tosh and Mum, Jane. Christine lives with her partner, Vojta and 3 children (Toby, Eliska & Bertie) just along the street. Christine's extended family also help out along with a team of working travellers from all over the world. We look forward to welcoming you here :) |
About the Hostel Building
Almost 200 years old, the listed building maintains many of its period features including the staircase, ballustrades, victorian era fireplaces, skirting and architraves. Though many aspects of the building have been upgraded and modernised to make your stay more comfortable you will still be aware of the buildings history.
